Scheduled - We are relocating ntp2.ntp.net.nz to a different data centre.
This will result in ntp2.ntp.net.nz being unavailable while we commission it at the new site.
As part of this move, the IP addresses will be changed.
Additionally, the stratum may change while we're commissioning the new antenna.
