Update - There is an issue with the antenna at the new site.

We are running a lower stratum server until this is resolved.

This will result in ntp2.ntp.net.nz being unavailable while we commission it at the new site.

As part of this move, the IP addresses will be changed.

Additionally, the stratum may change while we're commissioning the new antenna.

We will perform a KSK rollover on the current standby DNSSEC chain for nz, ac.nz, co.nz, cri.nz, geek.nz, gen.nz, govt.nz, health.nz, iwi.nz, kiwi.nz, maori.nz, mil.nz, net.nz, org.nz, parliament.nz, and school.nz

This will generate new DNSSEC keys and add them to the signing chains.
